Welcome to Savannah Lodge

Savannah Lodge

Savannah Lodge is a medium sized 3 star lodge located near Nguluni Town approximately 70 kilometres from Nairobi City in Machakos County. Recently opened, it one of the best hotels in the area.

The hotel is well designed and tastefully furnished and its facilities include a secure and ample parking space, an outdoor swimming pool, an indoor and outdoor restaurant area, a lounge cum bar area and conference rooms. The restaurant serves a variety of local tasty cuisines as well as international cuisines which can be available on order.  Savannah Lodge is by comparison the best lodge/hotel in the area for guest travelling through Tala town and going to other parts of Machakos County, visiting hiking trails in Mount Kilimambogo which is very close to the vicinity or the gravity defying extraordinary Kituluni Hill where mysteriously switched off cars roll up hill unaided or water poured flows uphill without any logical explanation and defying all laws of gravity.

Rooms
There are currently 18 rooms in the lodge. The management is however planning to increase the number of rooms up to 30 in order to accommodate rising demand by January 2015. Rooms are very neat, simple and adequately furnished and are available in both single and double rooms. There is hot shower in all the rooms and 24 room hour service is also available.
